Focus

Many of the most complex challenges in software development aren’t purely technical. Architecture matters. Code quality matters. But coordination, decision-making under uncertainty and team dynamics are often the true critical points.

Today I’m particularly interested in how development teams operate in the era of generative AI. AI accelerates production, but it also amplifies risks: technical debt, superficial decisions, loss of shared criteria and burnout during review. These tools don’t replace human judgment; they demand it even more.

I work from a socio-technical perspective, integrating the technical, the human and the organizational to build systems and organizations that not only work, but endure.
